The list as outlined below is currently being reviewed to reflect the current nominated representatives.

The Topsham Mooring Owners Management Committee is made up of representatives from the following organisations:

• TMOA Trustees
• Topsham Sailing Club
• Topsham Small Craft Club
• Exeter City Council as Harbour Authority
• Four – Independent Mooring Licence holders – duly elected by mooring licence holders
• Co-opted Members with an interest in the River Exe at Topsham
• Moorings Working Group – this is made up of a minimum of 3 Committee Members (or a co-opted member), one being the Moorings Officer
